Exporting photos from iPhoto to Flickr

As an aspiring photographer, I use Adobe Lightroom for managing and editing all my photos. Recently, I’ve been taking a whole bunch of photos using my iPhone. It’s not a great camera but it isn’t shabby too!

So I wanted to move the photos off to Flickr but I did not want to import them into Lightroom. Having iPhoto launching every time I dock my iPhone isn’t annoying after all. I will probably use it to manage all my snapshots.

Now there are 2 plugins for iPhoto which allow you to export your photos on to Flickr. FlickrExport is the “premier” option to do that. Priced at £12, it might be a little pricey to some (at least to me).
The other plugin is FFXporter which I absolutely love. It has a really simple interface and being free, there’s really no harm trying it out.
