Adobe ships Photoshop Lightroom 2

After a lengthy period of beta testing, Adobe has finally shipped Photoshop Lightroom 2.
Adobe Lightroom is an integral part in a photographer’s workflow. It allows you to quickly import, process, manage, and showcase your images. This in turn will enable you to spend more time behind the camera and honing your photography skill.
This upgrade is pretty compelling if you are running a 64-bit system (Mac OS X 10.5 or Microsoft Windows Vista) as Photoshop Lightroom 2 is the first Adobe application to support it. Others will see an improved memory performance especially when dealing with large scale images.
